Mulch 2023
YP will be having mulch delivered the week of May 15th at various locations in the sub. We are asking for residents to volunteer a little bit of time to help spread. This is a significant expense saver for the YP budget by spreading ourselves. Thank you for your cooperation.

2020 Sprinkler System Blow-out
Rick (B&K Sprinklers) has once again agreed to do all homes in York Place for $45. If you are not on the sheet and ask him, it will be $85 so please sign up in advance! If you will not be home, please leave access to your control box and make sure your main water line is shut off.

2019 B&K Sprinkler Winterization Sign-Up
Please use the Google Sheet link below to sign up for this year’s sprinkler winterization. Rick from B&K has agreed to do any/all homes in York Place for $45 per home, any amount of zones. Please be sure to have cash or check and if you won’t be home, be sure to provide access to the control box and have your water link shut off.
