2019 B&K Sprinkler Winterization Sign-Up
Please use the Google Sheet link below to sign up for this year’s sprinkler winterization. Rick from B&K has agreed to do any/all homes in York Place for $45 per home, any amount of zones. Please be sure to have cash or check and if you won’t be home, be sure to provide access to the control box and have your water link shut off.

The 2019 Annual York Place HOA Meeting will be held Tuesday November 12th at 6:30pm. Meeting will take place at the Tri-County Sportsmen’s League facility; 8640 Moon Road, Saline, MI 48176
Leasing Your Home
REMINDER, IF YOU ARE NO LONGER LIVING IN YOUR HOME AND HAVE CHOSEN TO LEASE IT, PLEASE NOTIFY THE YPHOA as we will need a contact address and phone number for you as long as you own your home.

NOTE: We will not disclose your personal e-mail to any third party to use for solicitation of any services; rather for official YPHOA business only. (E.g., Information about elections, annual neighborhood party, etc.)
Use of Common Area:
The common areas are for the use of York Place residents and their guests. Residents are responsible for any damage caused to the common area by their guests. No motorized vehicles (cars, ATV’s, motorcycles, etc), except to allow for common element maintenance, are allowed in the common areas. Any activity involving the use of firearms, air rifles, pellet guns, B-B guns, bows and arrows, sling shots, or other similar dangerous weapons, projectiles or devices is prohibited. No bicycles, vehicles, chairs or other obstructions may be left unattended on or about the common elements.
