The common areas are for the use of York Place residents and their guests. Residents are responsible for any damage caused to the common area by their guests. No motorized vehicles (cars, ATV’s, motorcycles, etc), except to allow for common element maintenance, are allowed in the common areas. Any activity involving the use of firearms, air rifles, pellet guns, B-B guns, bows and arrows, sling shots, or other similar dangerous weapons, projectiles or devices is prohibited. No bicycles, vehicles, chairs or other obstructions may be left unattended on or about the common elements.
