2019 B&K Sprinkler Winterization Sign-Up
Please use the Google Sheet link below to sign up for this year’s sprinkler winterization. Rick from B&K has agreed to do any/all homes in York Place for $45 per home, any amount of zones. Please be sure to have cash or check and if you won’t be home, be sure to provide access to the control box and have your water link shut off.

It has been brought to our attention that a new subdivision is being planned for the farmland west of Fosdick Rd south of Bemis Rd. 44 lots between .4 to .7 acres in size on 67+ total acres. York Place Financial News
We are happy to announce that we opened the bidding process up for the common area lawn maintenance this year and have reduced our cost year over year by over $6,000.00. In addition, we are in the process of converting over our lighting to LED which will reduce our yearly electric bill of $1,508.93 (1/1/2015-12/31/2015) by, on average, 84% or 1,267.50. This monthly savings will cover the cost of replacing the current bulbs with LED’s in approximately 3 months.

All neighbors are welcome… we’d like this page to be a resource for information and a tool for communication without being placed on the “official” York Place Subdivision web-site. If you are in need of maintenance on your home and need recommendations, or if you want to inform the neighborhood of anything from excellent contractors, to lawn mowing services or babysitting services, you are welcome to use this page as a resource. Mulch
We are looking into a Saline school sports team to assist with spreading the mulch in the common areas this year as part of their fundraising. Nothing has been finalized yet, however, our target time for this to be completed is in mid/late spring.
